Important: Some client platforms require a standard enrollment or screening fee to reserve a training or certification spot. These fees are paid directly to the client platform, not to KDG Communications, and are refunded once you attend training, in accordance with the client’s policy.

What Happens Next

1. Complete your client platform registration
Follow the steps shown in the guide exactly.
2. Wait for client program availability
Client programs open based on business demand. Slower periods are normal,
especially around holidays.
3. Enroll quickly when programs open
When a program becomes available in your portal, spots are limited and fill fast.
4. Begin training and certification
Once enrolled and cleared, you’ll receive training and scheduling details directly through the platform.
